Nichole's Expertise

Nichole oversees Ariel’s investment and trade operations, performance measurement, data assurance, guideline coding and monitoring and vendor oversight processes. Previously, Nichole was head of investment operations of the Americas at Morningstar Investment Management, LLC, where she oversaw all front-office and back-office workflows. Additionally, Nichole led U.S. operations and institutional client service at Eastspring Investments and served as vice president of institutional onboarding at Guggenheim Partners. She also held a variety of leadership positions and roles at U.S. Bank. Nichole earned a BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
