Kevin's Expertise

Kevin is a Research Associate on Ariel’s global equities team covering the autos and e-commerce industries, as well as the communications sector. Previously, he served as a research intern on the team. A native of China, Kevin brings a decade of industry experience across the U.S., Mainland China and Hong Kong. Before joining the firm, Kevin was an investment research analyst at Harper Capital Management. He held prior investment research roles at the Cayuga Fund within Cornell University’s endowment and William Blair Investment Management. Earlier in his career, Kevin served at Ford Motor Company as a financial analyst on the corporate development team. Kevin received a BBA in economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China, an MS in accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and earned an MBA in investment research and asset management from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business. Additionally, Kevin is a CFA Charterholder.
