Kenneth's Expertise

Ken is responsible for all aspects of investment operations, including portfolio accounting, performance reporting, middle office trade support, proxy voting, data, and portfolio compliance. Ken has extensive experience across investment operations and technology within the asset management industry. Before joining Ariel in 2016, Ken served as director of investment operations at BMO Global Asset Management leading a team responsible for all middle and back-office areas. Prior to that, Ken spent 25 years with Batterymarch Financial Management in Boston, where he started his career in investment operations, later rising to director of operations, where he led a team of investment operations professionals across all functions. Ken graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude with a BS in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
