Jackie's Expertise
Jackie is a member of the domestic equity research team and acts as a liaison for our domestic strategies. She also serves as an industry generalist. Most recently, Jackie was principal at Abingworth (now part of Carlyle), a transatlantic life sciences venture capital firm. Her role included serving on the board of several private biotech companies advancing therapies in neuroscience, ophthalmology and rare diseases. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at SV Health Investors and Genentech, where she focused on business development. She earned a BS in biology from Boston College and went on to receive an MBA and PhD in neuroscience from Stanford University. Additionally, Jackie is an executive fellow at Harvard Business School, where she lectures on investment strategy and board governance.
