George's Expertise

Bringing over two decades of experience, George leads Ariel’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, overseeing the firm’s security architecture, cybersecurity framework and information and data protection programs. Previously, he was senior manager of information security at William Blair. George also held key roles at various organizations, including the Regional Transportation Authority, IRI Worldwide and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Group. In addition to his civilian career, George serves as a captain in the United States Army Reserve, providing subject matter expertise to senior army commanders on intelligence and civil military affairs. He also holds military top secret and sensitive compartmented information (SCI) security clearance. George received a BA and MS from DePaul University as well as an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
